WASHINGTON -- The World Bank Group's Board of Directors yesterday discussed a new Country Assistance Strategy (CAS) for Honduras, with IDA (zero-interest) financing likely to total $296 million through the end of 2006. In support of the new CAS, the executive board approved a $9.9 million Financial Sector Technical Assistance Credit at the same meeting.
