Nearly 1000 California Pharmacies Join "Prescription for Change"
to Stop Selling Tobacco Products
The California Pharmacists Association (CPhA) announced today that nearly 1000 California pharmacies, including all 37 Northern California Leader Pharmacies, are now tobacco free. These pharmacies have taken part in Prescription for Change (PfC), a project of the California Medical Association Foundation, whose goal is to eliminate tobacco promotions and sales in California pharmacies.
