Brewer Prazske pivovary to delist shares in mid-July
Prague. June 26. INTERFAX EUROPE -Czech brewery Prazske pivovary (PP) will delist its shares from the Prague Stock Exchange (BCCP) as of July 15, based on an earlier decision by the firm's shareholders to cancel the shares' registration, the BCCP announced.
PP is the country's second largest brewery, with market share of 14 %. It is also third largest exporter of beer in the CR.
PP is majority-owned by Belgium's Interbrew Central European Holding B.V which bought an 80 % stake in 2000 ...
