Jun. 26--FORT WORTH, Texas--Deputy Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Alphonso Jackson told the annual awards luncheon of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce that blacks should shop at businesses owned by members of their own race and should patronize black professionals.
"That's not racism, it's taking care of your own," Jackson told the luncheon.
