Jun. 26--Like Mona Lisa's smile and the Bermuda Triangle, it's one of the great mysteries of the ages: Why don't most packages of hot dogs and hot dog buns have the same number of items?
To match hot dogs -- traditionally sold in packages of 10 -- and buns -- traditionally sold in packages of eight -- you'd have to buy four packs of the former, and five of the latter to make them come out even.
And what family wants to eat 40 hot dogs?
