Jun. 27--LAW FIRM'S BILL PAYMENT SNAFU TRIPS UP VICTIM OF FALL: It was a bad fall -- 13 steps from the second floor to the first. Deborah D'Elia was knocked unconscious. She injured her neck and back. Her left foot was broken.

D'Elia, now 43, was taken to Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. The accident occurred on Oct. 31, 1997. She still suffers chronic upper back pain and her left foot continues to give her problems.
