SUPER-FIT Ferrari Formula One racer Michael Schumacher's army of diet and fitness advisers may well be wasting their time and his money in keeping their man going flat out for 90 minutes of GP racing every other weekend.

For Welsh motorcycle race hero Yoshi Adams keeps his throttle wide open riding near the limit for up to 12 hours a day, racing his British-built CCM 604 and 644 off-road bikes at up to 100mph across African deserts, through Spanish mountain ranges and across craggy British wilds.
