Article: Computershare Retains Clients.(EFA Software)

Attempting to quell market talk of a client exodus, Australian software vendor Computershare said last week that it has retained all two dozen former EFA Software customers.

Computershare acquired the intellectual property rights to EFA Software's Horizon trading system and Equator settlement platform for C$6.2 million ($4.6 million) in January-several months after EFA went bankrupt.
