Those were the less than gallant words Warner Huntington III used to dump Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) in Legally Blonde. Warner might not have had much up top, but he knew one thing: East Coast people are different.
Or, more significantly, East Coast women are different to West Coast ones.
They talk and behave differently and, most importantly, dress in outfits the others wouldn't be seen dead - or alive - in. Even in these days of Gap and Banana Republic uniformity, East and West are sartorial polar opposites.
