NEW YORK, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Tom Freston, Chairman and CEO of MTV Networks today announced that Alex Ferrari, formerly the Chief Financial Officer for MTV Networks will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer for MTV Networks International and that John Cucci, the former Chief Operating Officer of Comedy Central will become MTV Networks' Chief Financial Officer.
