Shanghai. July 1. INTERFAX-CHINA - Following China's opening of registration of second-level domain names under dot CN this March, a total of 87,452 domain names has been registered within two months, accounting for 30.29% of the total domain names under dot CN. As of May 31, 2003, China has 288,737 registered domain names under dot CN (excluding third-level domain names under dot EDU dot CN), according to the China National Domain Name Development Report issued by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC).
