Tier Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TIER) today announced the appointment of Jeffrey A. McCandless, 45, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McCandless joins Tier from Interelate, an application services provider firm, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Interelate, Mr. McCandless was Chief Financial Officer at Mastech Corp. (now iGATE Corp.), a global information technology company.
