THE economic outlook for Merseyside and the North West for the coming months remains sluggish, according to an outlook bulletin from PricewaterhouseCoopers. The respected accountancy giant has put every region under the microscope in its six monthly economic outlook report.
The report states that the overall rate of economic growth is reported to be weak in most regions with little change from the company's January survey.
Continued global economic weakness was cited by the majority of regions as a key negative influence on economic growth.
