Fitch Ratings assigns an 'AA+' rating to Onondaga County, NY's (the county) $27,700,000 general obligation (serial) bonds, 2003 series A; $5,360,000 general obligation (serial) bonds, 2003 series B (federally taxable); and $18,205,000 general obligation refunding (serial) 2003 series C. Additionally, Fitch affirms the 'AA+' rating on the county's $251.5 million of outstanding general obligation bonds. The current offering is scheduled to sell competitively on July 10.
