Restaurateur-chef David Fhima is on the verge of making more daring culinary splashes here and in Chicago - and maybe even undressing a male sculpture along the way. His St. Paul restaurant, Fhima's, points out the men's and women's rooms with bas-reliefs by artist Bill Mack. The artist, more famous for museum works, did these pieces as a favor, David said.
