Wolsteins, Farro join in Playhouse Sq. project
Developers Bertram "Bart" and Scott Wolstein and certain associates have become equity partners with Farro Enterprises Inc. in Farro's planned Renaissance Center at Playhouse Square, the first office building which would be built in the theater district in 50 years.
The Wolstein group has acquired half of Farro Enterprises' 50% interest in the Renaissance Center Limited Partnership, which is developing the proposed 15-story, $40-million office building, Scott Wolstein said. He said the other equity partner is Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co. of New Haven, Conn.
