MOODY'S INVESTORS SERVICE DOWNGRADED the ratings of five classes and affirmed the rating of one class of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Capital I Inc., commercial mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2000-XLF, as follows: class A, floating, $72,970,977, affirmed at Aaa; class B, floating, 529,378,163, downgraded to A2 from Aa2; class C, floating, $46,609,281, downgraded to Ba2 from Baa2; class D, floating, $19,069,193, downgraded to B2 from Ba2; class E, floating, $21,376,151, downgraded to Caa2 from B3; class Fi, floating, $1 1,600,000, downgraded to Ca from Caa2. Classes B, C, D and E have been placed on review for further possible downgrade.
