Cemex Colombia, subsidiary of the Mexican multinational Cemex, is going to be merged with four other companies of the group. Three of these are non-Colombian companies: Colombia International Holdings Inc., Cubic Ventures Holding Ltd., and Corbin International Investments Ltd., while the Asesorias y Gestiones Ltda company is Colombian.
