That's how long a piece of gum lasts for Todd Helton during batting practice.
* 4:25 p.m. - Helton grabs a piece of bubble gum as he comes out of the clubhouse tunnel.
* 4:54 p.m. - Helton spits the pink wad onto the grass and jumps into the cage around home plate.
* 5:23 p.m. - Helton and the Rockies finish batting practice. San Diego Padres begin. Gum remains.
