According to the projection made by China Light Industry Information Center, the total output of plastic products in China will increase at an annual rate of around 10% in the next few years and reach more than 25 million tons in 2005.
Liao Zhengpin, Director of China Plastic Processing Industry Association, says that the plastic product sector is one of the light industry sectors with relatively rapid development in recent years and its growth has been maintained at more than 10%.
