$15 million lawsuit alleges conspiracy to halt Sloop Hill condominium project and force sale
NEW WINDSOR -- Westchester-based developer Alfred J. Liverzani has filed a $15 million lawsuit in federal court charging that the state Department of Environmental Conservation and several environmental groups violated his company's civil rights and improperly interfered with its plans to build a $95 million luxury condominium complex on the Hudson River in New Windsor.
