IBM announced today that the IBM ThinkPad notebook computer finished in first place and received a PC Magazine "Reader's Choice" award in that publication's just-released Service and Reliability survey. For the second year in a row, PC Magazine's survey respondents gave IBM ThinkPad an overall "A" rating, and IBM ThinkPad was the only notebook to get an "A" rating in both "Work" use and "Home" use categories.
