During the recent MILEX 2003 military trade show in Minsk, Belarus, all of the recent moves by Russia to reform its military were clearly visible. The show was dominated by command-and-control (C2) systems. Among them were the Panorama integrated C2 system for land forces, modemized 9S52M1 Polyana-D4MI and 95737M Ranzhir air-defense C2 systems, and the Sprut El for aircraft C2 by land forces.
