Jul. 14--You can't say that Omaha-based companies are afraid to take on huge construction projects, even those that re...uire working in some of the most remote parts of the world having the most inhospitable climate.
Three Omaha companies either have just completed or continue to be involved in multimillion-dollar construction projects in Alaska and Canada.
The projects included helping develop a diamond mine in Canada and designing bridges connecting islands in Alaska.
