When you telephone him, John Wright may not have time to talk to you. He is reviewing defense projects and doesn't have much time to chat--or for urine-control problems.
Wright's life is generally in a whir. He has traveled the world, first in the U.S. Air Force and then as an engineer for Raytheon, maker of the patriot missile.
