Much as been written over the past several years, in this publication and others, about "toxic" mold, but with homeowners' growing fears and claims that just will not seem to close, mold claim adjusters still are in need of more practical information.
Whether real and horrible or with infinitesimally low risks, health scares play to the most fundamental human emotions. With the power of the Internet, unsubstantiated speculation quickly can take on a false aura of scientific fact. The result has been a great deal of misinformation about mold and misinterpretation of the current scientific literature.
