CHICAGO-Seeking to spice up its textiles department with more contemporary, unique merchandise, Marshall Field's unveiled a 1,200-square-foot Designers Guild shop at its tony State Street store here.
The 62-unit chain, a division of Target Corp., is the first U.S. department store to carry the full line from Tricia Guild and her British interior design shop. Guild's style is characterized by vibrant colors and whimsical patterns.
