Jul. 17--TRENTON, N.J.--A Neptune City business advocate yesterday asked President Bush to create a commission to study how the government can better accommodate home-based businesses.
Christopher Hansen, director of the Home Based Business Council, said government policies are so anti...uated they virtually ignore one of the fastest-growing segments of the economy.
"New jobs aren't created by giving incentives to corporations," Hansen said. "They're created by new businesses."
