Jul. 18--ELLENTON, Fla.--A proposal to build 170 town homes across the street from the Prime Outlets at Ellenton cleared another milestone Thursday, as the Manatee County Planning Commission recommended approval of a site rezone.
The rezone would change the 38-acre citrus grove from agriculture zoning, permitting just one home per acre, to a planned development residential paving the way for 170 semi-detached dwellings called Prime Town Homes, also known as Prime Villas.
