The Navy Supplies and Services Contingency Contracting (CC) Program is chartered to provide logistics support to the fleet, joint and multinational forces in support of both military operations other than war (MOOTW) and major theater wars (MTW). The Naval Supply Systems Command Headquarters coordinates the program on behalf of the deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for acquisition management, DASN(ACQ). The NA VSUP deputy commander for contracting management (SUP 02) administers the program.
