IT'S FRIDAY NIGHT, and the small pizzeria is packed wall to wall with teenagers. They congregate at CiCi's Pizza in Virginia Beach each weekend to listen to emerging rock and punk groups. Customers pay $5 to eat and drink as much as they'd like while listening to their favorite bands like The No Talent Show, To Everyone, Cantall and Jackmove.
CiCi's Pizza is just one of the many outlets in Hampton Roads for the burgeoning music scene for young people.
