Three locations within EastRidge Properties will feature new artwork in an ongoing capital improvement program. Lobby and exterior renovations at 925 Westchester Avenue, 709 Westchester Avenue and 777 Westchester Avenue will showcase artists work from New York and the Hudson Valley region.
At 777 Westchester Avenue, the Cotyledons (pronounced kot l eed' unz)--an innovative sculpture by David Boyajian, will be the centerpiece of a new outdoor seating area.
