WASHINGTON, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Ice Cream Association (IICA), the primary association of U.S. ice cream companies and a constituent organization of the International Dairy Foods Association, this month is celebrating 20 years of a tradition it created in 1984 with the help of President Ronald Reagan: National Ice Cream Month and National Ice Cream Day.
