NEW ORLEANS, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- International trade negotiators from the United States and five Central American Countries will meet in New Orleans July 27 to August 1 for the sixth of nine negotiation rounds to create a free trade agreement. The U.S. Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) would lift duties on products traded between the United States and Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
