SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 2003

CNET Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNET) today reported that revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 2003 totaled $58.4 million, a two percent increase compared to revenues of $57.2 million for the same period of 2002. The Company's second quarter operating loss was $9.8 million, versus an operating loss of $35.1 million in the same quarter in 2002. Net loss for the second quarter of 2003 was $11.6 million, or $0.08 per share, compared to a net loss of $25.8 million, or $0.19 per share, for the same period last year.
