DRS Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: DRS) announced today that it has received a new design agent contract to provide technical and engineering services for the U.S. Navy's AN/SPS-67(V)3 Radar Systems program.
The contract, valued at $9.4 million, including options, was received by DRS from the Navy's Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, D.C. Work for the initial $7 million order will be accomplished primarily by the company's DRS Electronic Systems unit, located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
