Searchlight Solutions and Services Inc. (OTC:SLLN) ("SLLN") today announced that it has closed on its transaction to acquire 100% of Searchlight Systems Ltd. SLLN has forwarded $500,000 to its new 100%-owned subsidiary Searchlight Systems Ltd. (www.searchlight.ca). SLLN is also issuing 17,695,000 common shares to Triumph Case Management Ltd. Triumph Case Management Ltd. now controls SLLN.
