DETROIT _ Before his heart attack in April, Bob Keselowski's favorite food was pizza. He was also partial to a slice of lasagna and a plate of spaghetti, washed down with a soda or two. These days, Keselowski, a leading NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series owner, can no longer stomach any form of pasta, while pizza and soda bloat him.
"It's just weird," said Keselowski, boss of K-Automotive Motorsports in Lake Orion. "I get this bad reaction when I eat or drink the stuff."
Not that Keselowski is complaining. He knows he's lucky to be alive and participating in Saturday's Sears 200 Craftsman Truck race at Michigan International ...
