Symyx Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:SMMX) today reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2003.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2003 was $29.9 million compared with $28.5 million for the same period in 2002. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2003 was $15.0 million compared with $14.0 million for the same quarter in 2002. Second quarter 2003 revenue included $8.9 million in service revenues from Industry Collaborations, including revenue of $435,000 from Symyx Therapeutics, Inc., a related party.
