Jul. 24--SIEMENS, MT JOIN FOR DUBAI RAIL BID: Siemens and MTrans of Malaysia are to submit a joint bid for a USD1.2 billion light railway project in Dubai, reported the Bernama news agency from Kuala Lumpur. MTrans is part of MTrans Holdings, which operates the monorail system in the Malaysian capital. Siemens is the largest company in Germany.
