Jul. 24--State Road 535, which funnels tourists between Orange and Osceola counties to Walt Disney World and other attractions could be getting a Wal-Mart Supercenter.
The nation's largest retailer is proposing a 203,000-s...uare-foot store on S.R. 535 between Polynesian Isles Boulevard and Osceola Parkway, just over the Orange County line in Osceola County.
The site is next to the Indian Wells community and less than a mile from Osceola County's proposed $300 million county convention center and hotel complex.
