Jul. 23--For Lancaster Central Market to survive and continue to be a viable tourist attraction, city leaders must make the market a top priority.
Former Lancaster Mayor Art Morris told City Council Tuesday that the city and the county must focus their attention on rehabilitating the aging market if they want it to survive and remain vibrant in the future.
