2003 AUG 3 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Aerobic exercise was better than resistive exercise at reducing heart disease risk factors in postmenopausal women.
According to a study from the United States, "Physical inactivity has been identified as a risk factor for cardiovascular disease similar to that of hypercholesterolemia. However, few studies compare the type of exercise to effects on plasma lipids, especially of postmenopausal women."
