Article: Monsanto sues Oakhurst Dairy over milk label claims relating to BST.

Monsanto Co. filed a civil suit in the Federal District Court in Boston, Mass., July 3 against Oakhurst Dairy Inc. for allegedly using misleading claims in its product labeling and advertising to consumers.

According to the announcement, Monsanto seeks to stop Oakhurst from putting the statement "Our Farmer's Pledge: No Artificial Growth Hormones" on the labels of its milk and milk products or in any of their commercial advertising or promotion.
