SAN MATEO, Calif. and BETHESDA, Md., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The NIH Clinical Center and ePocrates -- the leading source of clinical information at the point of care -- announced today that the NIH Clinical Center is partnering with ePocrates to reach physicians in the ePocrates network to accelerate the recruitment of patients into NIH clinical research studies. Using ePocrates proprietary DocAlert(R) messaging system, messages are delivered to the physicians' handheld devices allowing access to trial information when it is needed most -- at the point-of-care while they are seeing patients.
