Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor serves up gourmet coffee and old-fashioned ice cream in a charming atmosphere designed to look like an old-fashioned Victorian parlor in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. Since the cafe's debut two years ago, the hot-and-cold combination of coffee and ice cream has been a huge hit. According to owners Barbara May and Sam Polk (who prefer the titles of busybody and gossip monger), the 16-seat spot actually attracts as many as 1,500 people on a holiday weekend in the summertime.
