ST. LOUIS, Jul 25, 2003 (United Press International via COMTEX)

A former senior vice president of Charter Communications Inc. admitted in a St. Louis federal court Friday he conspired to inflate customer numbers.

David McCall, who headed Charter's operations in the eastern part of the country, said he conspired with others even after knowing those numbers would be made public, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
