A traveling exhibit comparing the treatment of farm animals to that of Jews in the Holocaust has raised the hackles of the Minnesota Jewish community.
The exhibit sponsored by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals was in St. Paul, Minn., Tuesday. But the Minnesota Jewish Community Relations Council said the exhibit is nothing but a cheap attempt by PETA to use the horror of the Holocaust to promote its ideals.
"It's a heinous comparison," Molly Grisham, deputy director for public affairs of the council, told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
