Jul. 26-- AUSTIN, Texas--In a new ...uestion about abortion limits, a federal court judge Friday heard arguments over whether Texas can cut off funding for Planned Parenthood's women's health clinics because the group also operates separate abortion clinics.
At issue for Planned Parenthood is $13 million in federal funds for women's health and family planning that comes to the group through state grants.
