THE heirs to a ruling class that provided the officers for the armies of Frederick the Great, the Kaiser and Adolf Hitler are returning to their ancestral homelands in what was once the great nation-state of Prussia. With their return to these hunting lodges, palaces, castles and country estates now worth millions deep within territory that was once communist East Germany, the descendants of the Junkers are having to relearn the art of the aristocracy from scratch.
